Meeting and Tour Report

On April 14, over thirty area manufacturers attended Retaining Your Team generously hosted by Phenix Helmets in Riverside. The morning began with continental breakfast and networking before the keynote, delivered by Ron Hurst, a Forbes Coaches Council expert on training and staffing, and Angel Sanchez, Jr., CEO of Phenix Helmets, who has harnessed many successful and unique techniques to build a strong and cohesive team. Following the keynote, groups formed for a workshop on talent retention and a private tour of Phenix Helmets.
