Booth Details for Vendors, Sponsors, and Made in the I.E. Tables
Exhibitor Setup for Bronze Booth through Diamond Sponsors and Made in the I.E. Tables
Arrive as early as 5:30 a.m. on Thursday morning, February 15, 2018, and no later than 6:45 a.m., to set up your booth or table.
The event starts at 7:00 a.m., and we want you to have as much exposure as possible.
MCIE Volunteers will check you in and direct you, by map, to your booth location.
Your name will be placed on the top of the booth in the exhibit area, or in the hallway on your Made in the I.E. Tables. We do our best to give top level sponsors the prime locations, and to create a good mixture of industries to improve exposure to vendors and create excitement for attendees.
The exhibit booths are 10’ x 10’ with pipe and drape, have a table, tablecloth, and two chairs.
Please contact Deirdre if you need lifting equipment to move your booth. MCIE and Convention Center staff are prohibited from assisting you in lifting or moving.
If you have pre-ordered electricity, your booth will have electricity available. Electricity cannot be ordered on-site. Helium balloons, beverages and foods may not be distributed from your booth or table. Bottled fuel is not allowed. Under the Convention Center’s agreement, no outside food and beverage is allowed, no merchandise or novelties may be sold, and no smoking is allowed.
There is no security provided for items in your booth or on your table. Please secure it or guard it. For additional Convention Center restrictions on loading, please visit http://www.ontariocc.org. Made in the I.E. tables are approximately 4’ x 30”, are placed against a wall, and do not have chairs or electricity.
Please help us save by cleaning up all items around your booth when you load out.
Remember: All guests, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers MUST bring a printed ticket for complimentary parking event admittance and name tag.
When to Arrive and Where to Park
There will be other events at the Convention Center on the same day.
The MCIE Summit will be located in the south part of the Center in Exhibit Hall B.
Park on the south side of the Center for entrance at the south end.
Your parking pass does not allow in and out privileges.
For large displays, exhibitors may unload at the loading docks on the west side of the building, but must re-park their vehicles within 15 minutes. Contact Deirdre Marsac for lifting issues.
What to Expect During the Day
Please note that our MCIE staff will be wearing red shirts and are volunteers from various agencies, colleges, and businesses. Treat them kindly and thank them for helping.
Under the Convention Center’s agreement, no outside food and beverage is allowed, no merchandise or novelties may be sold, and no smoking is allowed.
Concession stand in the main concourse will be open and available to all.
Booth sitters, without paid tickets and no meals, are encouraged to visit the Concession stand or other restaurants outside of the Convention Center.
Only the Diamond Sponsors may distribute flyers and materials on the tables in the general session area.
